Devotional Thought
Our minds are the steering wheel of our lives.
What we think about most will eventually shape what we believe — and what we believe shapes how we live.
The enemy doesn’t always need to defeat us outright; sometimes he just needs to distract us.
If he can clutter our thoughts with fear, pride, comparison, or discouragement, our vision becomes blurry — and we start living beneath what God has called us to.
That’s why Paul tells us to guard our thoughts — not casually, but intentionally.
Because a pure heart and a clear mind open the door for divine vision.
As priests, we protect purity.
As kings, we protect purpose.
When our hearts are clean and our minds are fixed on what’s good, we see with Heaven’s perspective.
Gratitude clears the fog.
Worship resets the lens.
And God’s peace gives us focus for the future.
Today, take a moment to ask: What am I thinking about most?
If it doesn’t look like Jesus, think again.
Prayer
Father, thank You for giving me the mind of Christ.
Renew my thoughts today — remove every lie, every distraction, and every heavy thought that doesn’t belong.
Fill me with Your peace and purity.
Give our leaders and our church clear vision that aligns with Heaven’s purpose.
May our thoughts reflect Your truth and our hearts reflect Your love.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
