Day 7: Washed for Purpose

Theme: Cleansed, not covered
Scripture:
“He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit.” — Titus 3:5 (NLT)

Love doesn’t just accept you — it transforms you.
Jesus didn’t die to make bad people good; He died to make dead people alive. His blood doesn’t hide sin; it removes it completely.

When He washes you, He doesn’t leave behind the residue of shame or guilt. He restores you so deeply that even Heaven calls you new.
But too many believers live like they’re only covered, not cleansed — apologising for a past that Jesus already buried.

The truth is: you were washed for purpose.
Clean hands are for Kingdom work. A pure heart is for His presence.
Grace doesn’t excuse sin — it empowers freedom.
You were not saved to stay in the shadows of what you used to be; you were cleansed to shine with the light of who He made you to be.

Reflect:
1️⃣ Am I living forgiven but not yet free?
2️⃣ What part of my story still carries the shame Jesus already washed away?
3️⃣ How can I live today as someone made new by grace?

Pray:
“Jesus, thank You that Your blood doesn’t just cover my sin — it washes it away.
Cleanse my heart again today from every lie that tells me I’m still bound to who I used to be.
Help me walk in the freedom, purity, and purpose You purchased for me.
Let my life reflect Your mercy and grace.
Amen.”

💫 Join the Journey:
You were loved first and now washed for purpose.
Tomorrow, we’ll discover what it means to be loosed — truly free to reign.
